Joel joined us in May 2022 and brings a wealth of experiences from his previous roles as a chef and chef manager. Joel has a passion for baking and delivering menus that excite and reflect the multi-cultural nature of our clients business.
Claudia joined the team in in July 2023. She traveled across the pond from sunny New Mexico and has already taken the lead when it comes to delivering authentic New Mexico and thanks giving dishes…check out her Chili con carne and Mac N cheese when they are next on the menu.
Jade joined us in in September 2023. Jade has developed her Barista skill working in both mainstream and independent coffee shops, her passion for coffee shines through with every Flat White, cappuccino or Matcha latte….oh and she will try and sell you one of Joels traybakes.
